One week after we opened our new -and fourth site- the response has been amazing. The place is beautiful and our staff and clients can't be happier with the space and its larger capacity. We have 22 exam rooms, 5 dental rooms, 5 rooms for our charter school, and additional areas for our teen program, mental mental, home visiting, health promotion and WIC programs.

Ward 4 has the least amount of community centers of all 8 Wards in DC and our arrival came at a right time to help provide access to health care and all of our comprehensive services to the residents of this area.
The day before we opened, Councilwoman Muriel Bowser (pictured left) from Ward 4 visited the Center and welcomed our staff to the neighborhood. Her kind words and enthusiasm encouraged us even more to do our best and to continue to support the District in its efforts to provide its residents with the highest quality of care.
It's been a great week for all of us at Mary's Center!
