Established in 1988, Mary's Center provides vitally-important health services to multicultural populations throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. region, serving individuals and families who have limited or no access to health care. Much of our service is devoted to pregnant women and their infants in predominantly Latino areas of Ward One.

Maria Gomez Joins DC Elected Mayor's Transition Team
Newly elected DC Mayor Vincent Gray has invited Mary's Center president and CEO, Maria Gomez, to join his Transition Team.
Maria was appointed as health and human services advisor along with Georgetown University law professor Peter Eldeman.
Congratulations Maria! We are proud to see that elected officials recognize your knowledge about health needs and your extensive experience in the community!
